Description

You will own the product backlog and drive feature delivery for software solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Decompose epics and market problems into prioritized, estimable user stories.
• Prioritize the backlog based on business value and ROI during planning sessions.
• Drive requirements gathering and definition to ensure clear, deliverable specifications.
• Collaborate with development teams across all phases: analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Communicate product capabilities and roadmap to internal stakeholders and external clients.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in Agile Frameworks and iterative delivery.
• Expertise in technical analysis and translating business needs into technical stories.
• Experience designing or developing software solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple features simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of programming languages, middleware solutions, and application servers.
• Experience coaching and mentoring development team members.
