Responsibilities

• Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead product discussions and influence decision-making.
• Collaborate with technical teams on system architecture, integrations, APIs, and data.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Manage stakeholder communication effectively.

Required Skills

• 5–10 years of experience in Product Owner or Technical Business Analyst roles.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Deep domain knowledge in Insurance.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with technical teams on system architecture and API design.
