Own the product roadmap for digital banking initiatives, translating business requirements into actionable technical solutions and bridging the gap between stakeholders and engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive product roadmap development for digital and online banking initiatives.
• Write and manage Jira user stories, ensuring clarity and reducing ambiguity for development teams.
• Define and document API integrations, technical requirements, and functional specifications.
• Provide high-level solution design to minimize the solutioning burden on developers.
• Support agile ceremonies and function as a Scrum-aligned Product Owner.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Product Manager, or Scrum PO in an Agile environment.
• Strong background working with engineering teams on digital products.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile delivery processes.
• Experience with API-driven architectures and integrations.
• Ability to contribute to high-level solution design.
• Strong documentation and requirement-writing skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in retail banking or financial services domains.
