Description

You will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to drive product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Capture and translate requirements into clear user stories and product specifications.
• Own and groom the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Analyze complex system integrations and data flows to identify dependencies and optimization opportunities.
• Define acceptance criteria in collaboration with QA and development teams.
• Communicate technical information to all levels of stakeholders, translating between technical and business terms.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a hybrid technical-functional role.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data mapping.
• Proven ability to elicit requirements, map business processes, and define user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases, specifically SQL Server, and writing/interpreting SQL queries.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and SDLC best practices.
• Experience with tools including JIRA, Confluence, Figma/Visio, Postman, and data visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to debug or read through application code (basic scripting/OOP knowledge helpful).
• Exceptional written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
