You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to drive product delivery and system integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Capture and translate business requirements into clear user stories and product specifications.
• Own and groom the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Analyze complex system integrations and data flows to identify dependencies and optimization opportunities.
• Define acceptance criteria in collaboration with QA and development teams.
• Communicate technical details to all stakeholder levels, translating between technical and business contexts.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a hybrid technical-functional role.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data mapping.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases, specifically SQL Server, including writing and interpreting SQL queries.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Figma/Visio, Postman, and data visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to debug or read through application code; basic scripting or OOP knowledge is helpful.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and SDLC best practices.
• Exceptional written, visual, and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience defining user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
• Proven ability to map business processes and elicit requirements effectively.
