You will bridge business requirements with technical implementation for web and mobile application systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical requirements, data models, API designs, and database structures to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with scrum masters, PMs, QA, and development teams to organize agile delivery.
• Conduct JAD sessions with stakeholders to articulate mobile impacts and document necessary artifacts.
• Perform data and systems analysis on mobile platform modules and enterprise service layers.
• Partner with UX design teams to define the mobile and web experience for end customers.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner.
• 6+ years of experience as an analyst focusing on web and mobile application systems.
• Strong application design skills with the ability to build technical logic for web and APIs.
• 4+ years of experience analyzing SOAP and Web services.
• Experience with AWS, specifically designing data flows and Lambda.
• Proficiency in SQL and database query tools.
• Ability to communicate architectural design concepts including SOA, data models, and infrastructure.
• Experience working within SCRUM and Agile delivery methods.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business functionality into clear Use Cases.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the Healthcare industry and mobile/web technologies.
• Experience as a Solution Architect or with Cigna systems.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science.
