Technical Product Owner

You will own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for complex, cloud-native technical platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize features, platform capabilities, and technical enablers based on business value and architectural impact.
• Translate business and customer needs into high-quality user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering leads on microservices architecture, API design, and event-driven systems.
• Ensure non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability) are defined and delivered for all features.
• Drive backlog refinement, sprint planning, and manage trade-offs balancing scope, risk, and technical debt.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership or product management roles.
• Proven experience in a Technical Product Owner capacity.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and scaled Agile environments.
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with Java/Spring Boot ecosystem and platform/developer-focused products.
• Experience working directly with external stakeholders and system integrators.
• Ability to translate complex technical constraints into clear business explanations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
