Description

You will lead the technical evolution of our Order Management System by bridging business requirements and engineering execution.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the product roadmap and prioritize the backlog to align with strategic goals.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to drive the execution of complex product features.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.
• Identify development roadblocks and propose solutions to improve system efficiency and scalability.

Required Skills

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner.
• Experience working with Order Management Systems (OMS) or inventory management systems.
• Background in Supply Chain or E-commerce.
• Technical familiarity with Java (Spring, Spring Boot), SQL, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Experience with Kubernetes (K8s), OpenShift, or Red Hat.
• Knowledge of Microservices, Kafka, and GraphQL.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and Web Services.
• Working knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL (Azure Cosmos DB).

Preferred Skills

• Manufacturing experience using an OMS or IMS.
