Roles & Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the product backlog by defining, prioritizing, and accepting user stories to maximize customer value
• Provide technical leadership and guide the architectural direction of next-generation embedded products
• Act as the key liaison between firmware, hardware, cloud, and product management teams to align product vision and release planning
• Drive architecture and design decisions for Embedded Linux systems and RTOS-based applications
• Participate in code reviews, technical feasibility studies, and debugging of complex embedded system issues
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure scalable, reliable, and high-performance embedded solutions
• Support Agile product development processes and ensure timely delivery of roadmap commitments
• Define and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and system reliability principles
• Contribute to innovation initiatives involving containerization, edge computing, and modern embedded platforms
• Mentor engineering teams and provide strategic guidance on technical and product decisions

Experience Required:

• 15 - 25 years of experience in software development and embedded systems engineering
• 4 - 5 years of experience as a Product Owner in a high-tech product organization
• Strong hands-on expertise in C++, C, Linux, RTOS, and Embedded Linux environments
• Experience driving architecture and product strategy for embedded or IoT products
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, Rust, and containerization technologies is an advantage
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and cross-functional product delivery
