Description

You will define the product vision and lead the technical architecture for next-generation embedded systems, bridging firmware, hardware, cloud, and product management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog, defining and prioritizing user stories to maximize customer value.
• Drive architectural design decisions for Embedded Linux and RTOS-based applications.
• Liaise between engineering teams and product management to align release planning and technical feasibility.
• Enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and system reliability principles.
• Mentor engineering teams and guide strategic technical decisions.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in software development and embedded systems engineering.
• Strong hands-on expertise in C, C++, Linux, and RTOS.
• 4-5 years of experience as a Product Owner in a high-tech product organization.
• Proven track record driving architecture and product strategy for embedded or IoT products.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and cross-functional product delivery.
• Experience with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Rust for embedded or systems programming.
• Background in edge computing and modern embedded platforms.

Education

B.E. / B.Tech / B.Tech-M.Tech (Dual) in any branch.
