Description

You will manage the product lifecycle for BackOffice Workflows, bridging business requirements and technical execution within a Java and Camunda-based stack.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the product roadmap, translating features into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog, balancing stakeholder needs and defining clear sprint goals.
• Lead functional design by applying deep knowledge of users, business logic, and technical constraints.
• Plan releases and upgrades, monitor progress, and resolve production issues during active sprints.
• Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation measures within an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical product ownership or similar delivery roles.
• 3+ years working in Agile teams using JIRA and Confluence.
• Technical background delivering enterprise applications with knowledge of Java, Springboot, and REST APIs.
• Proficiency in both Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience managing products within a wholesale banking or financial services environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience in software delivery.
• High level of English proficiency.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Spanish language skills.
• PMI PMP or CSPO certifications.
