You will manage technical backlogs and align delivery priorities across cross-functional teams to drive feature delivery and system integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical backlogs encompassing deployment automation, versioning, and integration tasks.
• Coordinate with cross-functional PODs to define delivery priorities and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with offshore POs and developers to drive feature delivery and resolve dependencies.
• Participate in architecture and release discussions with client SMEs to guide UAT scenarios and business acceptance flows.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst with strong technical fluency.
• Proficiency in writing user stories, MVP planning, and dependency management.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Harness) and deployment tracking.
• Experience with STEP, Workshop, and deployment automation tools.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket for project management and documentation.
• Ability to use SQL and Postman for technical validation and API testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with QSR or POS system integration.
