Description

You will define the vision, roadmap, and delivery success for enterprise system products, including ERP, HRIS, CRM, and Salesforce.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap for enterprise systems, aligning strategy with business objectives.
• Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements, user stories, and data-driven solutions.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and oversee the full lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
• Collaborate with solution architects, data engineers, and analysts to maintain roadmaps and ensure visibility.
• Establish KPIs to measure product success and ensure systems adhere to governance and security standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of related technology experience, with 3+ years solutioning complex business architecture.
• Product management or functional ownership of the Salesforce platform.
• Strong understanding of Cloud Native platforms and modern data stacks (data lakes, warehouses, APIs).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including sprint planning and grooming.
• Ability to convey complex data concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SaaS solutions, Retail, or Supply Chain technology.
• Experience presenting to leadership teams.
