Job Description:

• We are looking for a Technical Product Owner with a strong background in software/application development, who has grown into a Business Analyst / Technical BA role and now excels as a Technical Product Owner.
• This role requires deep collaboration with engineering teams, architects, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage product backlogs, roadmaps, and sprint priorities
• Translate business needs into technical user stories and acceptance criteria
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams
• Lead requirements gathering, system analysis, and solution design
• Collaborate with developers on APIs, integrations, microservices, and cloud-based systems
• Participate in sprint planning, grooming, demos, and retrospectives
• Ensure alignment with Agile/Scrum best practices
• Support product delivery across the full SDLC

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years in IT / Software Development lifecycle
• Prior hands-on experience in application/software development
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst
• 4+ years as a Technical Product Owner / PO
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, SDLC
• Tools: JIRA, Confluence
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills
• Onsite availability in Minneapolis, MN

Nice to Have:

• Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure).
• SAFe Agile environment experience
