Description

You will own product backlogs, roadmaps, and sprint priorities for scalable, high-impact products. This role bridges business stakeholders and engineering teams through deep collaboration with architects, QA, and developers.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead requirements gathering, system analysis, and solution design.
• Collaborate with developers on APIs, integrations, microservices, and cloud-based systems.
• Participate in sprint planning, grooming, demos, and retrospectives.
• Ensure alignment with Agile/Scrum best practices across the full SDLC.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in IT or Software Development lifecycle.
• 4+ years as a Technical Product Owner or Product Owner.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.
• Prior hands-on experience in application or software development.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud exposure (AWS or Azure).
• SAFe Agile environment experience.
