You will own a defined technical capability, managing its value, cost of ownership, and non-functional requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and story refinement sessions to ensure high-impact work is prioritized.
• Maintain the technical product roadmap and advocate for non-functional requirements including reliability, scalability, security, and performance.
• Translate stakeholder goals into definition-of-ready user stories that incorporate engineering and architectural recommendations.
• Manage team capacity to balance feature delivery with technical debt reduction, such as test automation and tooling deployment.
• Resolve upstream dependencies and cross-team conflicts to ensure cohesive, iterative planning and MVP completion.

Required Skills

• 5-6 years of experience as a Technical Product Owner.
• Proven ability to break down complex problems into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Experience managing technical product health metrics and KPIs.
• Proficiency with agility tools, specifically Jira.
• Ability to manage story aging, WIP, epic size, and throughput to optimize team performance.
• Experience cultivating relationships between Business/BAT and Technology partners.
• Strong understanding of managing technical debt and integration/deployment tooling.
