Description

You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams to translate complex business processes into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the creation and refinement of user stories and business requirement documents for agile sprints.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, story-pointing, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Document business processes using flow charts, written descriptions, screenshots, and video.
• Manage the UAT and Go-Live process by developing test scripts, executing tests, and reporting status.
• Identify opportunities for business process automation and participate in multi-cloud roadmap planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an analyst or product owner within enterprise software environments.
• Experience writing and managing technical and functional user stories in an Agile model.
• Ability to define and understand functional and non-functional requirements for APIs and integrations.
• Proficiency in API testing using POSTMAN.
• Experience performing QA, E2E testing, and providing UAT support.
• Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) by reviewing application logs in Splunk or similar tools.
• Knowledge of API-led architecture and integration patterns.
• Basic SQL query writing skills.
• Strong visual and written communication skills for process documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience delivering product features within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Direct experience with the Salesforce platform.
