Own the product strategy and execution for Test Platforms, CI/CD data ecosystems, and BI Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy for test automation platforms, including Selenium, JMeter, and SonarQube.
• Drive the evolution of CI/CD pipelines and their associated data ecosystems.
• Manage BI and observability platforms, specifically ELK, Grafana, and Power BI.
• Oversee the enterprise data warehouse (LUMI) to ensure scalable, business-driven solutions.
• Translate complex technical systems into clear requirements for engineering and customer experience teams.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management or Project Management.
• Hands-on understanding of functional and performance testing.
• Proficiency with Selenium and JMeter for test automation.
• Experience with ELK Stack and Grafana for observability and monitoring.
• Strong skills in Power BI for data visualization and analytics.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline architecture and data flows.
• Ability to manage enterprise data warehouse initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with SonarQube for code quality and static analysis.
• Background in bridging engineering, data, and customer experience domains.
