Description

You will lead the development of healthcare technology solutions by managing data-driven product lifecycles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business requirements and user needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical product features.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure the timely delivery of product increments.
• Work with development, QA, and UX teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Ensure all solutions align with healthcare regulations including HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 4 years as a Data Product Owner.
• Mandatory expertise in the healthcare domain, including clinical systems, EHR/EMR, or payer/provider platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Big Data handling on Cloud using Python, Spark, and SQL.
• Proficiency with AWS and PySpark.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and requirement prioritization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with EHR/EMR systems.
• Knowledge of payer/provider platforms.
