Description

You will serve as the primary interface between customer teams and developers within an Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the team and sprint backlog, serving as the single source of truth for user story details.
• Define, refine, and prioritize user stories to maintain technical integrity and streamline execution.
• Maintain a backlog containing at least two iterations of ready work to ensure consistent team velocity.
• Validate and accept user stories as done by ensuring all acceptance criteria are met.
• Coordinate with Product Management and other POs to align backlogs for Program Increment (PI) planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership or related roles.
• Deep expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience participating in PI Planning (Big Room Planning).
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong technical understanding to maintain feature integrity during refinement.
• Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring other Product Owners to support their professional growth.
