Description

You will own the product backlog and bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams within the insurance domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own, refine, and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Write clear, detailed, and technically sound user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional/non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and business analysts to design technical solutions and ensure efficient integration.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities clearly to cross-functional teams while managing stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Owner or Technical Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of Agile practices and frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
• Proven experience writing technical user stories and collaborating with engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of the insurance domain (policy admin, claims, underwriting, billing, or related systems).
• Ability to convert business needs into actionable development tasks.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
