Description

Own the product backlog and bridge the gap between insurance business stakeholders and engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own, refine, and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Write clear, detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional or non-functional requirements.
• Leverage deep insurance domain knowledge to support product decisions and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and business analysts to design technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Owner, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Proven experience writing technical user stories and collaborating with engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile practices and frameworks, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience in the insurance industry, including policy admin, claims, underwriting, or billing systems.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
