Description

Own the product backlog, driving feature definition and technical alignment throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage, groom, and prioritize the product backlog against business objectives.
• Write detailed user stories and epics, incorporating technical requirements and constraints.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure stories are understood, estimated, and broken down.
• Serve as the interface between business and technical stakeholders to align goals.
• Lead sprint planning, refinement, and reviews while managing sprint goals and timelines.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management or technical business analysis within IT.
• Proven experience working with Agile development teams.
• Proficiency with Agile tools: Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience leading technical discussions with development teams, architects, and DevOps.
• Understanding of technical workflows, data models, APIs, and integrations.
• Familiarity with version control using Git.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Knowledge of containerization concepts using Docker and Kubernetes.
