Bridge business requirements and technical execution within an Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions with development teams, architects, and DevOps engineers.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to manage backlogs and drive product delivery.
• Translate complex system requirements into actionable technical specifications.
• Oversee integrations involving APIs, databases, and cloud-native architectures.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or technical IT roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and software development practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of data management principles, automation tools, and monitoring/logging platforms.
• Competency with CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with microservice architecture and containerization using Docker or Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with Git, Jenkins, or cloud-native applications.
