Description

You will bridge the gap between Product Management and Engineering to deliver high-value SaaS solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer and stakeholder needs into actionable requirements and user stories.
• Manage and prioritize team backlogs, including sprint planning and defining acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality Engineering to define testing approaches and manage dependencies.
• Lead product demos and synthesize feedback from retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor adoption KPIs and track capacity against product initiative budgets.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of Product Owner experience in a cloud-based or SaaS environment.
• 5 years of experience using Agile methodologies and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
• 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams.
• 3+ years of experience understanding and tracking capacity against product budgets.
• Proficiency in Lean product management.
• English proficiency at a B2/C1 level.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience with ML, Workflow Automation, and RPA concepts.
