Description

You will bridge business requirements and technical execution in an Agile environment. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level requirements into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, UX/UI designers, QA analysts, and development teams.
• Coordinate product launches, including release plans and technical documentation.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within Agile environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft technologies, specifically SharePoint and MS Dynamics.
• Hands-on experience using Agile management tools such as Jira.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and influence cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
• Experience with SaaS software deployment and development.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and data analytics.
