You will drive reporting initiatives by translating business requirements into technical user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Gather reporting-specific business requirements and convert them into detailed user stories.
• Define precise acceptance criteria to guide engineering teams during execution.
• Own tasks and drive reporting initiatives independently with minimal supervision.
• Manage communications with challenging and demanding stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner role.
• Strong experience with databases and writing SQL queries.
• Proven track record of creating reports based on specific business needs.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong professional communication skills for effective stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of end-to-end Twilio IVR systems.
• Experience with Twilio Insights reporting.
