Description

You will serve as the technical bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, focusing on API-centric product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into clear, concise user stories and technical documentation for development teams.
• Define and validate API specifications using Swagger/OpenAPI standards to ensure consistency across services.
• Coordinate backend service integration and oversee data mapping and data integration workflows.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align product goals with engineering capabilities.
• Manage product backlog and track progress using JIRA and Confluence.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Business Analyst in technology-driven organizations.
• Deep understanding of API design, RESTful services, and backend service architecture.
• Proficiency with Swagger/OpenAPI specifications and tools like SwaggerHub.
• Proven experience with data mapping, data integration, and handling complex data flows.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Postman for testing and documentation.
• Familiarity with version control systems, specifically Git.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working in or with major telecom companies such as T-Mobile.
