You will define and drive the product roadmap for pharmacy-related features, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog for development teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize features based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Drive the product roadmap for pharmacy-related features.

Required Skills

• 7 to 10 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Owner.
• At least 4 years of experience with Preferred Drug Lists (PDL).
• Proven experience in Pharmacy Benefits Management.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration skills.
