Description

You will lead enterprise-level data and analytics initiatives using Databricks, SQL, and ELT/ETL pipelines.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of data and analytics projects, translating functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Document detailed user stories, system models, and data flows to accurately describe end-user problems and solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams in a Scrum Agile environment to prioritize backlogs and manage sprint deliverables.
• Analyze complex data requirements and create decision trees to guide development efforts.
• Present findings and progress to stakeholders using clear, precise written and verbal communication.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner or Business Analyst in software development.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, SQL, and ELT/ETL pipeline architectures.
• Proficiency in JIRA for agile project management and backlog tracking.
• Strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio for documentation and presentation.
• Proven ability to learn new domains quickly, with a focus on logical and analytical problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on precision.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the healthcare domain or prior exposure to healthcare systems.
• Familiarity with data access tools such as SQL Developer or Toad.
• Experience with systems modeling, user interface design, prototyping, and Scaled Agile Framework.
