Description

You will lead the technical transition and sunsetting of a legacy .NET billing system.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate developer workflows and interface directly with internal business end-users.
• Write detailed user stories for both developers and testers.
• Develop product roadmaps and technical diagrams to guide the decommissioning process.
• Set priorities and participate in all project calls to ensure alignment with business needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a technical product ownership or business analyst role.
• Working knowledge of the .NET framework.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence for project management.
• Ability to create technical diagrams using Visio or draw.io.
• Strong leadership skills to manage stakeholder expectations and team direction.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with integrations involving Salesforce, MuleSoft, or ASP.
