Description

You will lead the enterprise-wide migration of reports and dashboards from Tableau to Power BI.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive the migration project by gathering requirements from business partners, stakeholders, and functional product owners.
• Develop best practices for reports, analytics, and Power BI dashboard creation.
• Create project artifacts, documentation, and knowledge articles regarding migration and requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, operations managers, and program management to track progress and resolve impediments.
• Guide stakeholders on using data to meet critical goals and provide data-driven recommendations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner.
• Hands-on experience migrating reports and dashboards from Tableau to Power BI.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable stories for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience delivering large-scale business and technology initiatives.
• Proven ability to identify, assess, and solve complex problems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to drive projects independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with program management and process improvement methodologies.
