Job Description:

● Own end-to-end requirement refinement across all Payment RAILs (SWIFT, ACH, RTGS, etc.) and translate business needs into developer-ready documentation and user stories
● Technically involved in documenting requirements using JSON, YAML, and REST API specs with strong attention to detail.
● Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies — sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
● Collaborate closely with engineering, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable payment solutions.
● Work proficiently with tools such as Rally, Confluence, Postman, and Swagger/OpenAPI.
● Strong understanding of ISO 20022 messaging standards and end-to-end payment processing flows.
● 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in fintech or banking.
● Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders in an agile environment.
