Description

You act as the technical bridge between support teams and development to ensure product quality and feature integrity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze technical issues and trouble tickets escalated from tier 1 and tier 2 support teams.
• Identify patterns in reported problems and own the end-to-end process of reporting, documenting, and overseeing resolutions.
• Collaborate with development teams to investigate reported device malfunctions and technical bugs.
• Capture requirements for new feature releases and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a technical QA or quality control role.
• Experience working with medical products.
• Ability to perform technical analysis of device-side issues without requiring software development expertise.
• Proven track record of managing the lifecycle of a problem from identification to resolution.
• Strong documentation skills for reporting technical findings and requirements.
• Ability to translate support-level information into actionable technical investigations for developers.

Preferred Skills

• Background in hardware or embedded device testing.
