Description

Bridge the gap between product, engineering, and sales teams to drive tactical objectives and technical proof of concepts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to define day-to-day tactical objectives and contribute to strategic direction.
• Build and test technical solutions for POCs using APIs, JSON, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Address internal customer tickets and issues via ServiceNow, looping in support teams as required.
• Expand use cases to ensure alignment across Product, Sales, and Engineering.
• Compile findings from POCs and present feedback to internal stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a technical analyst or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with APIs and integrating different systems.
• Proficiency with JSON documentation.
• Experience using ServiceNow and JIRA for issue tracking and workflow management.
• Working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript for solution testing.
• Ability to present technical findings to internal teams and customers.
• Bachelor's Degree.
