Description

Lead production stability by preventing issues and improving application availability. You will own incident management, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage incidents, changes, and problems for assigned applications.
• Troubleshoot production issues through log analysis and monitoring tools.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding incident progress and SLA risks.
• Coordinate with onsite and offshore managed services providers to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with development teams to prioritize fixes and manage releases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application development or support.
• Proficiency with Java and J2EE.
• Hands-on experience with React.js and Node.js/JavaScript.
• Experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
• Knowledge of Bootstrap, CSS3, and HTML4.
• Experience supporting multi-channel applications including web, mobile, and APIs.
• Understanding of the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC).
• Ability to translate technical issues into layman's terms for business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Past experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) roles.
