Technical Professional - Inspector - Receiving

You will perform mechanical inspections on fabricated, subcontracted, and purchased parts.

Responsibilities

• Execute dimensional, in-process machining, assembly, final, and receiving inspections.
• Conduct routine first piece inspections on various components.
• Operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and other technical inspection equipment.
• Monitor and verify quality using statistical processes or other control procedures.
• Use computers to enter transactions, validate information, and maintain databases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in inspection roles.
• Hands-on experience with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine).
• Proficiency using calipers and micrometers.
• Strong mechanical inspection background.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Solid understanding of shop math.
• Competency with computer systems for data entry and validation.
• Electrical background.
