Lead architecture and delivery of complex enterprise-scale application initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Architect secure, scalable solutions by translating business requirements into technical designs.
• Manage interdependent technology projects, coordinating teams and vendors to meet scope and schedule.
• Align technical strategies with business goals and security standards.
• Oversee project plans, budgets, and quality parameters to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate status and risks to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in application architecture and technical program management.
• Proficiency in Java and Python for application development.
• Experience with Hashi Vault for security and secrets management.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security standards and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple interdependent teams.
• Ability to bridge business requirements with technical implementation.
