Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end AI/ML program delivery from ideation to production and post-production support.
• Manage execution of AI initiatives across ML, Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, and LLM-based solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, architecture, and business stakeholders.
• Define program scope, roadmap, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
• Manage program risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Establish governance models, reporting structures, and KPI tracking mechanisms.
• Ensure scalable, secure, and compliant AI solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Track program progress and communicate updates to senior leadership and executives.
• Drive delivery excellence across MLOps and cloud-based AI deployment pipelines.
• Facilitate alignment between technical execution and business priorities.

Experience Required:

• 13 - 17 years of experience in Technical Program Management or related leadership roles.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end AI/ML program delivery in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, including model development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Experience working with Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, or Computer Vision initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams across engineering and data science.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing program risks, budgets, and delivery governance.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and MLOps practices.
• Experience delivering complex, large-scale enterprise technology programs.
• Background in software engineering, data science, or related technical fields preferred.
