Description

You will lead end-to-end AI/ML program delivery, managing initiatives from ideation through production and post-production support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of AI/ML, Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, and LLM-based solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, and architecture.
• Define program scope, roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
• Drive delivery excellence across MLOps and cloud-based AI deployment pipelines.

Required Skills

• 13+ years in Technical Program Management or related leadership roles.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end AI/ML program delivery in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, including model development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, or Computer Vision initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams across engineering and data science.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing program risks, budgets, and delivery governance.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and MLOps practices.
