Description

Lead the delivery of AI/ML software projects within the Digital Products Team, setting technical standards and managing cross-functional execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead vision and delivery of complex software projects, establishing standards for AI/ML systems and platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design, QA, sales, and finance teams to align on project goals.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, and change management while mitigating risks and handling multiple priorities.
• Guide teams in adopting Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and partner with QA to define testing strategies.
• Engage senior executives to provide updates and secure buy-in for project milestones.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Software Project Manager.
• Deep understanding of software development methodologies and cloud-based platforms.
• Proficiency in Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban.
• Technical knowledge of AI/ML product development and modern software tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities.
• Background in Computer Science or related technical fields.

Preferred Skills

• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Agile certifications such as CSM or CSPO.
