Description

Own the end-to-end delivery of AI and machine learning solutions, from data engineering to model deployment and stakeholder communication.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data-driven solutions, integrating engineering constraints and evaluating financial impacts.
• Build and optimize supervised and unsupervised machine learning models for mobility and other domain solutions.
• Implement feature selection and extraction methods to improve model interpretability and performance.
• Assess data quality and model outputs using rigorous evaluation metrics and testing practices.
• Collaborate with domain experts, data engineers, and DevOps engineers to define requirements and deliver AI/ML software modules.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience as a Data Science or ML expert, including managing teams of Data Scientists and ML Engineers.
• Proficiency in Python and the Python data science stack.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Generative AI.
• Experience with modern statistics, including time-series analysis and signal processing.
• Proficiency in Linux environments with shell scripting.
• Experience with text mining or image processing.
• Masters Degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent training in data science/ML.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with LLM ecosystems, Git, and release management.
• Experience in PHM, predictive maintenance, traffic modeling, NLP, or video analytics.
