Good to Have Skills: Experience with large language models (LLMs), knowledge of Cloud platforms, understanding of AI safety and responsible AI practices, experience with data lineage and data quality systems, familiarity with synthetic data generation, licensing agreements management, and working with executive stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and product leadership to harness data and data systems for ML model development.
• Provide easy access to high-quality data for AI tasks including human, synthetic, licensed, or Google native data.
• Secure AI models with tamper-proof lineage, transparent approvals and secured storage for product launches.
• Evaluate, track, remediate, and prevent the recurrence of safety risks in AI systems.
• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish using technical expertise.
• Work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, and manage project schedules effectively.
• Communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company and explain analyses to executives.
• Discuss technical tradeoffs in product development with engineering teams and provide technical recommendations
