Own the end-to-end program management for AI data operations, ensuring high-quality data availability and safety for ML model development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product leadership and engineering to streamline data access for AI tasks, including human, synthetic, and licensed data.
• Secure AI models by implementing tamper-proof lineage, transparent approval workflows, and secured storage protocols.
• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from inception to launch, managing schedules and identifying risks.
• Evaluate, track, and remediate safety risks in AI systems to prevent recurrence.
• Communicate technical tradeoffs and analyses clearly to cross-functional partners and executives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management.
• Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Data Operations.
• Experience managing data governance and risk management frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering and product teams.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on requirements planning and risk identification.
• Experience with product development lifecycles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of AI safety, responsible AI practices, and data lineage systems.
• Familiarity with synthetic data generation and licensing agreements.
