Description

You will coordinate internal resources and external stakeholders to deliver UiPath automation projects within scope, time, and cost constraints.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans and track progress against success criteria defined with relevant stakeholders.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Run customer-facing project status meetings and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Coordinate resource availability and allocation across multiple workstreams and SOWs.
• Identify best practice artifacts for delivery kits and share new automation use cases with partners.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant work experience in customer-facing, partner-facing, or strategic consulting organizations.
• 3+ years of project management experience within system integrators or global SI environments.
• Successfully implemented at least three UiPath automation projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile project management and professional services SOWs.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills with a focus on CSAT and NPS.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and change management processes.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Center of Excellence (CoE) setup.
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare domain and industry processes.
• Experience with Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or OpenSpan.
