Description

You will drive New Feature Introduction (NFI) programs for firmware and software, owning the lifecycle from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead NFI programs and projects, managing dependencies and partner alignment.
• Build program plans, track milestones, action items, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Craft project status reports and deliver executive briefings to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with software engineering, hardware engineering, product management, marketing, and operations teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Program Manager or Technical Program Manager in software, embedded, or product delivery.
• Experience driving cross-functional programs with diverse operating models.
• Strong understanding of hardware and software development lifecycles.
• Proficiency in Agile Process Management.
• Experience with JIRA, Gantt charts, Wrike, MS Project, Confluence, and Google Docs.
• Ability to navigate uncertain or ambiguous situations and rapid changes.
• Experience working across global teams and multiple time zones.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent software engineering experience.
