Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic programs to achieve defined business outcomes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage program scope, objectives, and stakeholder expectations across cross-functional teams.
• Develop governance structures, roadmaps, integrated schedules, and communication plans.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve program risks and issues proactively.
• Drive performance against metrics with transparent reporting and escalation to leadership.
• Oversee budget management and enforce strict adherence to scope and change processes.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in program management.
• Deep understanding of agile software development processes and lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs in a strategic environment.
• Expertise in roadmap development and program mapping.
• Experience with AWS and Azure environments.
• Technical familiarity with Databricks.
• Strong analytical skills for managing complex, multi-functional requirements.
• Demonstrated executive-level stakeholder management and communication.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Program Manager.
• Experience building and working with diverse, multi-functional teams.
