Description

You will manage technical projects and portfolio roadmaps within an AI/ML and DevOps environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Run technical projects hands-on from inception to completion.
• Manage portfolio roadmaps alongside other ongoing initiatives.
• Oversee conversational engineering initiatives including AskA, Conversation Kit, and Conversation AI.
• Coordinate SRE and DevOps efforts for direct messaging and coaching solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management.
• Experience managing Python stack AI/ML projects.
• Practical knowledge of AI and Machine Learning workflows.
• Experience with DevOps and SRE practices.
• Background in conversational engineering or AI-driven messaging solutions.
• Ability to manage both individual project execution and high-level portfolio roadmaps.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field.
