Description

You own the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale technology programs.

Responsibilities

• Define scope, timelines, and resource allocation for technology programs with engineering leads.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage project artifacts such as roadmaps, dependency maps, and status reports.
• Track sprint metrics and proactively resolve cross-team dependencies and impediments.
• Articulate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to technical teams and leadership.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Project Management within software engineering.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project management.
• Ability to discuss technical concepts and architecture with engineers.
• Experience managing product backlogs and tracking sprint metrics.
• Experience supporting testing, cutover, and hypercare phases.
• Familiarity with software engineering environments.
