Description

Manage project lifecycles, resource allocation, and cross-functional delivery for BaseOps Engineering.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.
• Partner with engineering, procurement, and vendors to define requirements, source, and test new tools.
• Own the full lifecycle of JIRA tickets, including creation, updates, and issue reporting for fleet support.
• Maintain all documentation for special tools, diagnostics, maintenance, and inspections.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies while managing stakeholder communications.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a project manager or in a similar role.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Smartsheet, SAP, MS Office, and Google Suite.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and understanding complex interdependencies.
• Ability to produce and maintain project budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation plans.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in engineering or project management.
• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• 3+ years of experience in the transportation or automotive industries.
